Chris began working in the real estate business in the late 90's. There were a few breaks in the action over the years, like when he worked for Halliburton Energy as a Field Engineer, or the time spent writing mortgage loans for a large regional bank. However, every year he has been a sales agent (over 10 of them), he has stayed in the top 10% of all real estate agents nationwide. Chris has helped design and sell numerous development projects in northern Idaho, giving him an acute sense of how all types of land sales work, and what is important. The time that Chris spent as a mortgage loan originator has allowed in an in-depth knowledge of the residential loan process.
