BIO
Jennifer has been a resident of
Sandpoint for 17 years. Born in
Lawndale,
California, and having other family
members in Sandpoint, her parents
thought it would be a perfect fit to
raise a family. Jennifer was on the
Varsity Track team at Sandpoint High
School during her senior year then
graduated in 2002.
Immediately after, she attended
North Idaho College to obtain a
nursing degree.
About a year later she was offered a
position in a small real estate
office as the
office manager. Before she knew it
she had the opportunity to obtain
her real
estate license and work for Dan
McLaughlin, Debbie Ferguson, Molly
McLaughlin, Justin Caswell, Reid
Treadaway & his wife Nancy Dooley
(The Dan & Debbie Team) at Tomlinson
Black Real Estate. In April of 2005
Dan & Debbie opened their own
company CENTURY 21 On the Lake and
soon after she worked for them
exclusively as their assistant and
Buyer’s agent. In 2008, RiverStone
Real Estate and CENTURY 21 On the
Lake decided to merge companies
creating a new company "CENTURY 21
RiverStone". Taking advantage of

purchased her first home in 2006
with her high school sweet heart of
8 years, Dan Stevens; they plan to
wed in July of 2009. Jennifer enjoys
spending time with her huge family
and friends. Her interests include
doing most anything in the outdoors,
specifically,
hunting, camping & four wheeling.
During her trip to Maui in April of
2008 she got to experience
snorkeling for the first time and
loved it! |
