Over 28 years ago while living in
Lake Tahoe, my wife Patty and I took
a trip to North Idaho. As we crossed
the Long Bridge into Sandpoint, I
immediately felt that this area
would be wonderful for us as we have
always been drawn to natural beauty
and recreation.
We
established Panhandle Realty, soon
merged to become Panhandle Kaniksu
Real Estate – the #1 sales office in
our area at the time. My business
partner, Debbie Ferguson and I built
a sales team and I sold my interest
in Panhandle Kaniksu. In 2005,
together with Shawn Taylor, we
purchased the CENTURY 21® franchise
and formed CENTURY 21 On the Lake
and experienced great growth and
success. Most recently we’ve merged
with RiverStone Real Estate and
purchased Lake Country Real Estate
to become CENTURY 21 RiverStone. WE
are enjoying our new relationships,
setting new records and continue to
work toward total customer
satisfaction.
Now that our kids are grown, Patty
and I spend time enjoying our
grandchildren and getting them
acquainted with all that’s here.
It’s is totally satisfying spending
time with them on the lake, in the
mountains and at the ski area. |
