Margie Stevens obtained her real estate license in 1988 and her Brokers license shortly thereafter, and is currently licensed in both Idaho and Montana.

Margie moved to east Bonner County in 1976 and has resided there ever since. She has spent time on various local boards such as The Scenic Byway Committee, Hope/Clark Fork/Trestle Creek Chamber of Commerce, Bonner County Association of Realtors, Selkirk MLS, Clark Fork High School Boosters as well being the Selkirk Association REALTOR of the Year in 2002.

Margie has been Broker of two previous real estate firms, and has been an associate Broker with Century 21 RiverStone since the company started, taking over as Broker in November of 2011.

Her current interests are hiking, camping, boating, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
