After visiting family in Northern Idaho for a many years, my wife and I were drawn to Sandpoint. Moving from the mountains of Oregon with high expectation, we have not been disappointed, Northern Idaho offers the dream.

Jiwan Ripley was outstanding. His performance went above and beyond and that’s what I needed to close a deal. He was the only agent that ever sent me listings prior to my panhandle visit and the only one that got what I was looking for.
