“Julina Skinner’s background in real estate began on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in 1984. After doing title abstracts for a real estate attorney for over nine years, she and her husband, Eric Skinner, moved to Sandpoint, Idaho.

Switching gears from title to escrow, she found her niche as an escrow officer and operations officer at a local title company for just over 23 years. During this time she volunteered and served on various boards, including the Selkirk MLS Board.

Julina obtained her real estate license in 2014 and her Brokers License shortly thereafter, and is currently working to assist her husband, Eric Skinner, in his real estate transactions. Her knowledge and attention to detail has proven to provide an added comfort level to Eric’s clients.

Her current interests all revolve around family - her husband of over 35 years, her children and seven grandchildren. Time spent together includes boating, four-wheeling, fishing and enjoying the beauty that North Idaho provides!!”
