Recreational & Investment Real Estate Specialist | Schweitzer Mountain Resort & Sandpoint, Idaho

With over 17 years of real estate experience, I specialize in recreational and investment properties throughout Schweitzer Mountain Resort, Sandpoint area and Western Montana. I have a deep knowledge about the market, trends, ordinance and development regulations, obsessing over it regularly. I am more interested in helping my clients make great decisions than making the sale because that leads to great results for them, and long-term clients for me. I work closely with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors and sellers.

Prior to entering real estate, I spent 15 years in resort and restaurant management across Idaho, Colorado where I was at the time the youngest maître d’ at the Broadmoor, and Louisiana, and five years as a potato farmer in Montana (ask me about that sometime!). This diverse background, along with a degree in Resort and Restaurant Management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, has equipped me with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills—essential tools in today’s fast-moving real estate environment. 

I have lived in Sandpoint for more than 33 years. My wife Lisa and our dog Noli live up at Schweitzer where we built our dream home. We’ve raised our daughter and are now enjoying time with our four grandsons. Sandpoint offers everything we want—outdoor recreation, a vibrant community, and lasting friendships. When I'm not working with clients, you’ll find me skiing at Schweitzer, mountain biking local trails, boating on Lake Pend Oreille, or capturing the North Idaho landscape through photography.
