• Local roots. My wife Amanda and I both grew up in Sandpoint - we’ve called it home for over 35 years.
• Clear, caring communication. I was always told you can teach someone practical skills, but you can’t teach interpersonal ones! I do my best to be available, responsive, and to communicate in whatever way works best for you. I handle every transaction with care and attention to detail - especially when it comes to contracts and deadlines.
• Trust and transparency. I spent over 15 years in IT and, at one point, knew the passwords to half the county. I take your privacy seriously. If I don’t know the answer, I won’t pretend - I’ll connect you with the right local experts, or lean on the support of our roughly 45-agent brokerage. My dad (owner) and my mom (who worked in title insurance for over 20 years) are part of that network too.
